The weekend has been so busy I am happy to have a quiet week this week!! Here is the menu for this week enjoy!
Monday - Baked Ziti
Tuesday - Chicken Fajitas
Wednesday - Leftovers (Ziti)
Thursday - Chicken Cordon Bleu
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Husband cooks day!!
Sunday - Green Chili Chicken Enchilada Casserole
My husband has been out of town camping all week so I premade a pan of baked Ziti so when he gets home all he has to do is put it in the oven and bake it!! We buy the big frozen bags of chicken breast so that is why there are lots of chicken dishes on this weeks menu!! If you would like any of the recipes please let me know!!
