WOW! What can I say. Life has been a roller coaster of emotions the past two days and I can say that I have been everything but a Godly wife. I have been angry, upset, and ever said things I did not mean. I have been praying and hoping to get some answers or some help and FINALLY it came!!

I visited the blog At the Well today and to my surprise it was talking about an insult for insult relationship where we base things off of our needs. I have definitely be doing that the past two days and has not made things fun. It mentioned using blessings in your marriage versus arguing or hate words. It has definitely opened my eyes and gave me the answers I needed. Take a look for yourself!!

Restaurant Recommendation

I want to start a new weekly/bi-weekly blog post on restaurant recommendations and reviews. Boomer and I love going out to eat and we love trying new places. We focus mainly on locally owned business but sometimes branch out to chains. Here is my restaurant recommendations for this week:

ABC Chinese
Wyoming and Menaul

If you like Chinese/Oriental food you will love ABC Chinense. This was recommended by one of Boomer's clients who travels often to China and lived in San Fransico for many years. This restaurant not only offers Chinse food it has Korean as well. We did a deal where you get a soup of choice (egg flower or wonton) then you get a plate of appitizers (egg rolls, bbq ribs, won tons, chicken, and shrimp) then you get your main entree you can pick from many different meats. We went with almond duck (my first time eating duck) and Bul Go Gi (Korean beef) it was delicious and we only spent $21 I strongly recommend ABC Chinese! Enjoy!

Cute Hair!!

Those two words can make your day! It made my day today. I was sitting at home last night watching TV and a Katherine McPhee was on singing with one of my favorite artists Chris Botti. Well her hair looked soooo cute and I thought "I am going to try that tomorrow" so I did and I keep getting compliments! It was a risk because I am one who fears change so I am glad it worked. Ok...I will get off my soap box now.

Starting

Thanks to an awesome gal from my Bible study who introduced me today to the world of blogs, I am starting. I think this is going to work and will be fun and I hope to learn a thing or two!!
